12mo constantly disturbed by gas

DD is disturbed 7-10 times a night on average by gas. I know that's the culprit due to the way she writhes, the amount that comes out when it infrequently does, the fact she temporarily settles afterwards and how bubbly her gut sounds. I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it anymore as it's been going on every single night for months. It's not an allergy, we've tried low FODMAP, infacol/dentinox/gripe water don't make any difference, neither do probiotics, she wouldn't let me do massage, she's walking so is plenty active, she won't sleep on her front. HV says it's just one of those things she'll grow out of and GP is ignoring the issue. I'm on antidepressants and am facing getting signed off sick if I can't resolve the issue before my annual leave is up. Does anyone have any miracle solution because I'm struggling so much now

So it's definitely not milk causing the issue @WhoToTalkTo? Just asking as I've got CMPA and it sounds very much like this.

No definitely not CMPA as she hasn't had dairy since being 3m old. She's never had soya either, and there's nothing she has consistently enough to explain this being something that happens every night without failure.

That sounds so difficult. Most babies have grown out of frequent gas issues by that age so it does sound a bit problematic. Shame the GP isn't helping more, possibly a referral to a dietitian is needed? Is she gassy during the day? What time is dinner and milk if she has it before bed?
The only thing I'd say about the fodmap diet (if you're still doing it) is that it's such an extreme diet it should only be done under a dietitian as it cuts out so many foods with important nutrients.
