Is CBeebies land ok for 2 year old?

Hi all, have been asked along to CBeebies land for a friends child's 3rd birthday. Our DS just went 2 last week.
It's going to cost £88 if we prebook, just wondering if anyone has taken a 2 year old before and if there's plenty for him to do or if he's not old enough as it's a lot of money to spend if he can't go on much. Then with lunch and travel on top it'll be an expensive day.
TIA

Lots to see and do! Will he go on little rides? Plenty of gentle ones perfect for his age. All my DDs love it.

@LeonoraFlorence thanks for replying. Yes I would take him on the rides if he can go on I was just worried incase he's too young at 2 and couldn't find much info online regarding ages for rides when I looked.
Thanks

Have a look at the Aston Towers Park map, its got all the height restrictions on it.

It's all on height and not age. If they are over 90cm tall they can get on quite a lot. My DD was on Runaway mine train at age 1 due to being tall. There's still a few they can go on if under 90cm and all sorts of interactive shows so will still be a good day.

I preferred going to Alton Towers when they were CBeebies age than when they grew to the proper rides! Much nicer!

Ah ok brill, thanks! 👍😊

Definitely not worth it if you have a child who is short as it's done on height rather than age so it would be a huge waste if money.

On top of that are you going during term time or the Easter holidays? If during the holidays I wouldn't bother as it will be extremely busy and queues would be pretty long which would just lead to a frustrated and bored 2 year old.

My advice would be to say no and go next year when your own child is 3.they will get more out of it. Spending approximately £100 to accompany another child for their birthday seems bonkers when you could instead wait a year and spend the money taking your own child for their 3rd birthday.

Yes this is what I was concerned about. Me and DH are both short arses and DS is only a little bit, although I've not measured him for a while so I'll check first before committing.
They've asked us to go with them on 15th April on a Saturday do u think it'll be rammed then?
