Feeding 1 year old with no kitchen

Hi all,
my daughter turns 1 on Friday and we are knocking the kitchen out and renovating. We are going to be without a working kitchen for 6-8 weeks.
dishwasher , fridge and sink have been moved to the garage with the washer and dryer.
I’ll have a toaster , kettle, microwave and potentially slow cooker in the living room. I’m just wondering - what shall I feed my daughter that is east to prepare. I don’t want to end up giving her pouch after pouch after pouch.
are there any baby meal delivery companies I could look into which don’t require freezing?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Hmm we will have this for a bit in the spring (also 2 older kids). So am watching with interest.

My vague plan was slow cooker, hot plate if necessary, deliveroo 😄

My daughter had similar situation when DGS was around 1. She used fed him some of their meals topped up with some baby/toddler meals that do not need freezing - Hipps etc, plus finger food.
Will you not have access to your freezer? If you do advance prep is the answer with homemade meals frozen.

I'd go with pouches or the meals that don't need to be frozen but I'm lazy. Sandwiches / wraps / cheese and crackers / hummous etc for lunch with fruit and veg sticks.

Definitely slow cooker if you can. Easy prep and little washing up for a meal everyone can eat. Then you could make enough for another meal that just needs to be microwaved
