What time does your toddler go to sleep and wake up?

And when do you go to sleep and wake up?

Oh and I go to bed when my toddler does and wake up when my toddler does as well

Oh and I usually go to bed when he does, as between 9pm-6am he still wakes loads

Gosh it varies based on the day she's had. If my 3 Yr old has been busy she could go bed 1730 and wake 05.30. But usually around 6.30-7pm wake up at 0530-6am but she still wakes several times in the night 🥲

2.5 year old, goes to sleep around 8-8.30. Wakes between 6.00-7.30. If she doesn't nap she goes down at 7 which is a nice break!

Oh and I go bed about 9-10pm as I like to have time to myself as my DD is an absolute whirlwind who is strong willed so I need that wind down time lol

Posted too soon! I get into bed 9.00-10.30 and wake up 6.15 for work I get one lie in at the weekend until about 8.30.

3.5 yo usually asleep for 8/8.30 unless she's had a particularly busy day then she'd happily go down for 7pm, she'll usually sleep until anywhere between 7 and 9am. We've had this routine since around 18 months when she stopped all naps.
I go to bed around 10/11pm and am up at 7.

Almost 3 year old goes to bed around 7pm (then 1yr old goes down between 7 and 8pm). She wakes around 7am usually but without fail overlays on her nursery days and gets up early on days I'm off work 😖.

I go to bed between 1 and 2am and am usually up by 6am (awake most of the time in between anyway).

13 month old. Still having 2 naps, 1 hour in morning and 1-1.5 hours in afternoon. Doesn't sleep as well at nursery though. Bed between 6.30-7pm and sleeps till between 6-7am.

4 year old. Bed at 8pm and sleeps until between 6-7am.

2yo (3 in March) usually sleeping by 8pm, up at 10pm, 1am, 3am... 🥴
Gets up for the day usually around 6.30/7am.
Also have a 5mo, I usually go to sleep 11pm ish and wake up at 6ish

Just turned 3. Asleep by 20.00-20.30 and awake at 7.

I sleep by 2am due to online work, and wake at 9am (DH does the mornings).

My 21 month old has started to refuse her daytime naps and goes to bed around 6/6:30 but I feel guilty that’s way to early.. she wakes up in the morning anywhere between 7-8 what’s your thoughts on this?

630/7pm bed, 530am awake. Me 930 bed, 530am wake-up. It's awful, but at least I get some evening to myself and there's no rush in the am.

1. 4 year old, sleeps 7.30-8 or 9 ish

Occasionally naps but fights it!

Nearly three year old goes to bed around 7.30 and is asleep by 8pm. I wake him up at 7.20.

We go to bed at 10.30 and are up at 6.45.

Weekends we all try to lie in til 8.

20 months, bed around 8. Wakes around 730. Naps 2 hours. I go to sleep around 11/12- 7.30.

22 month fights bedtime so much, so 9/9.30pm til 6:30-8
6 month 7.30/8 til 8ish, unless woken earlier by toddler

Me 9.30/10pm til woken by one of the little ones. Baby wakes 2ce in the night, so I'm always shattered.

3 yr and twin 2 year olds between 7-7-30pm till 8amish I go bed whenever lol

19 month old - bath 6:30, bottle & bed by 7pm. Wakes between 6:30am & 7!

I go to bed with my 3 month old about 8-9 then I'm asleep by 10:30-11

2.5 year old.

Usually has 1-1.5 hour nap in the say time.

At night, in his bedroom between half 6 and half 7. He's always asleep for 8.

He tends to wake up with his his grow clock which is set to half 6.
