Best disposable pull ups? The sides of the Huggies ones seem to irritate DS' ezcema

DS is in pull ups for nursery but he is scratching like mad round the waistbands

Any pull up recommendations?

Nope but I'm interested in watching this post. Although I'm in Germany, they have Pampers Easy Ups. Kindergarten have asked that he wears these, but he keeps returning from there with red raw thighs. It seems the padding underneath is chafing. He walks like John Wayne and is in pain. I'm experimenting with softening the padding before putting them on, as I've no idea what other ones are like out here, but wanted to let you know my experience of Pampers ones.
PS. DS also suffered from infant ezcema which went, but is prone to sensitive skin.

Ds was the same his legs and back were a mess with huggies.
He seems fine with morrisons own brand but only wears pull up for bed.

realised I got the name wrong - we are using huggies little walkers at the mo' (red pack)

pampers do sensitive nappies but not in a pull up

hi theblonde

i have tried many different pull-ups but i have always gone back to pampers easy-up pants.i keep trying different ones as they tend to full down on dd2's skinny bottom when shes done a wee,but other than thet i think they're great.

i used the huggies little walkers for a while and found both dd2 and dd3 got really bad nappy rash.

the tesco ones were good for during the day but they leaked at night.the asda ones only held a maximum of one wee before leaking, plus they werent very stretchy.

Surfermum · 06/02/2008 21:02

We used Lidls own.

yama · 06/02/2008 21:07

My dd loves the Tesco own brand. She can put them on herself (especially on her head ).

I find that they do not leak and cause no adverse skin reactions.

ruddynorah · 06/02/2008 21:10

lidls here too.

perpetualworrier · 06/02/2008 21:11

We like Lidl too. DS2 has ezcema too, although only mild, but he hasn't had any trouble with them.

Divastrop · 06/02/2008 22:00

oooh,i shall have to try lidl's,i didnt even know they did them

TheBlonde · 08/02/2008 11:37

Lidl is a bit of a hike so I have bought Sains and Boots to try for now

thanks for all the suggestions
