Fussy Eater - Food Phobia

My DD is turning 8 this year.
From birth she had a dairy intolerance.
At weaning stage we noticed that she was very fussy with textures of food & wouldn't eat certain things as they would make her sick just them being placed in her mouth.
We took her to the GP where she was referred to a dietitian, which they gave some advise but not much & stated that they would prescribe her supplements.
The supplements never became a thing despite the dietitian saying she would put this in place.
We are now a few years on & things haven't improved.
We tried to make sure she tries different foods but she would if they smell, look funny or doesn't like the feel of the texture.
She is being to get even more fussy with food.
She hardly eats any fruit, wont eat veg & wont have anything diary.
At birth she weighted 8lb 9.5oz but she is now very small for her age, that small that her 4 y/o cousin is the same heigh & I would say he is the average height for his age.
I have contacted my GP again for some more advise as we are worried about her.
Anyone been through this before or does anyone have any words of advise?
We are just so worried that when she is older that she is going to develop some sort of eating disorder.
Please be kind, it is a sensitive subject & as you can imagine I am in a state that I don't know what to do.

So after putting the referral into speak with a doctor on 29/12/22, I have just had a 5 minute call on the phone...

Been advised to get her height & weight to see where she is on the centile & go from there..

Doctor is going to call me back next week to discuss the plan.
Stated that they will possibly refer her back to a dietician & possibly paediatrician if her height & weight are not where they should be..

Kinda feel a little mixed about the outcome of today, i know they are in the know now but they haven't given me much hope that something is going to be done?

Feeling really deflated..

I did mention about ARDID & she said that is also a possibility & if that is the case they will refer her to CAMHS.

It is not easy to get the right services but you will get there eventually

-Keep a food diary - daily food and liquid intake + reactions / feelings around eating / things she says

-keep a weekly weigh x height x BMI diary too - do you have access to those machines that print a slip with the details? I would use them and take photos of the slip, they fade

Appointment with paeditrician is the way to go - ask to be referred - say you want blood pressure, blood work, etc

How is she doing at school? any concerns?
CAMHS referrals can be only done by professionals as far as I am aware

Yeah I will get there eventually, just wish there was something I could do now!

Keeping a diary is such a good idea, i took her height & weight today, so I'm going to make sure I do it once a week.
Also making a note of food & things she says!

I have some scales at home & the only way i can measure he is with a measuring rope!

I am going to make sure i am persistent in asking for a referral to paediatricians.

School don't seem to have any concerns but they don't seem to notice much unless with waved in front of their faces I'm afraid to say..

Yeah your right with CAMHS, I only know due to other daughter being referred to them previously.

My daughter has been reviewed by the dietitian who also agrees that my daughter has ARFID..
We are waiting now for a referral to Community Paediatricians to get a diagnosis.
I have made her teacher aware of this.
But in forms of support, I don't know who to turn to?
Anyone on here been through a similar thing & know if any good support networks?
