18 month old - nappies for night time

Our 18 month old is routinely wet in the morning. He doesn't seem to mind, but it means I have to wash his sleeping bag and everything every day! He's quite a big toddler, and sleeps 12 hours. We've tried Pampers Baby Dry, Active Fit and both Tesco and Sainsburys own brand. None do the trick. Anyone else found an answer to the same problem?

Yes, terry squares, boosted with another one pad folded at night, and plastic pants over the top.

If you're not keen on doing the whole 'cloth thing' then maybe make a compromise and get a Motherease airflow wrap to go over your disposable nappy. You'd only really need one, they will stop the leaking all over your sleeping bag and bedclothes (been there with disposable reared DD1 - not fun). If you are finding the disposable not absorbant enough have you tried using the next size up - you can get night booster pads in larger boots stores too.

Of course, cloth is far much more versatile

Yep Sarah, have you tried a size up? Apparently they should wear the biggest size they can. This helped when DD was routinely wet in the am.

Yes, a slightly bigger size seems to be doing the trick - at least about 2 out of 3 times! Thanks for your advice.
