How to boost milk supply?

I currently breastfeed exclusively and have enough from the breast to feed my baby but I need to pump for him at nursery.

they’ve asked for 2/3 bags full of milk a day at the start as because he’s breastfed they have no idea how much he’s drinking.

but when I pump I can get no more than 2 units

I’m currently trying to pump every few hours if my baby lets me but is there anything I could eat or pills, teas anythinggg anyone can recommend too??

How old is he? I had what I later realised was huge oversupply for the first couple of months and could pump a bottle in no time then could barely get a drop at all despite going on to feed direct till she was 3.5. Have you tried a hakaa? You can use it while feeding on the other breast, look it up, they can be brilliant. Other things that help are pumping while having the baby close to or touching you or watching a video of him so you get the fuzzy hormones. And pumping straight after a feed.

Loads of water is essential, carby high energy foods, being as relaxed and comfy as possible.

The kellymom website has useful info too.

Loads of water, fennel tea, fenugreek tablets, oats, nuts, dates, I think there's a few others as well.
I think 2 ounces a time was average for me, you just have to keep doing it.
Agree with PP, hakaa pumps are perfect for this situation.
