Four month 'fussy' phase or teething?

Is there any truth in this? I've heard that 4 months can be a particularly fussy time for little ones.
I am admittedly quite an anxious ftm. We sadly lost our son at 33 weeks of pregnancy last year, and my nephew of strep B (causing meningitis and sepsis) in August at 4 weeks old - all of which has made the anxious mum I now am and I do question absolutely everything.
My 16 week old has had a couple of tearful days which is unlike her. I'm pretty sure she's teething as she's been gnawing at her little fingers the last few days and is sooo dribbly. She also has her final jabs on Friday which I thought may be playing part in how she is. She doesn't have a temperature. No rash or clear reason to suggest she would be unwell.
Could it just be due to the teething or could it be we've hit the fussy four months?
Experiences and advice welcomed - thank you 🙂

It'll be the jabs, it can take a few weeks to get right after those, but worth it.

You may be right, she seemed to sail through the 8 and 12 week ones. Wish I could take the pain away!
