Anybody not experience 4m sleep regression?

hi all! Baby is 15 weeks old and always been an amazing sleeper. Currently she goes down at approx 9pm, I dream feed at 11pm and she wakes again at 7-8am. So she’s going sometimes 9 hours, 11 if you class her as fully asleep for the dream feed (which she always is) on her own.

I guess my question is, I’m so so used to my sleep I can’t lie, the idea of a sleep regression and frequent night wakings sounds frickkkken terrible lmao. I’m praying she must already be doing some sort of self soothing/sleep cycle linking surely because of
how long she’s sleeping? Do ALL babies go through the regression!?

I’ve since had a second baby and she sleeps just like her brother, no regressions. She is a much lighter sleeper however! Son sleeps like the dead 😂 Daughter does nap in the buggy though whereas son was firmly a cot sleeper.

My kids are all older now . The only babies I knew who slept like this were exclusively formula fed, I ebf and none of my babies slept like yours. You’ve just been very lucky. I also never heard of regressions , think it’s relatively new. My youngest child is 8 . I will say children go through so so many phases in their lives re sleep and behaviour- one consistent thing is that they change constantly

@Flora0112my LO is also 15 weeks. He’s slept through the night 7:30pm to 7am since 5 weeks old. Which has been lovely. In the past week he’s been waking up at 4:30am which has been a shock to the system lol as am soo used to sleep! I’m assuming this is the regression and hoping it doesn’t last too long! And in the grand scheme of things we’re incredibly lucky it’s not any worse! You may be lucky though. Not all babies go through it!
