Things to do with a four month old?

Where can I go this Christmas with my baby? She is four months old.
I want to get out the house more, I take her for walks every day but all day long I’m sitting in the bedroom with her talking to her, playing with her etc and I want to do something else for a change

what can I do and where can I go to help her development? And preferably somewhere I would find fun as well. LOL

Libraries will often do bounce and rhyme, baby sensory, baby massage, playgroups. Children's centres usually have Xmas groups on including baby groups.

Also Xmas lights and if you want take her to see Santa!

I went out for lots of lunches. Joined various baby clubs and went swimming.

I just did what I would usually do. At that age, everything is good for their development. I had lunches out, went Christmas shopping, went to museums and galleries. Whatever really.

I spent a lot of time in museums/galleries at this stage. Baby cinema too. Basically do stuff you like! The baby won’t care.

I did a few ‘groups’ but only to stop me going mad/ so I could talk to other grown-ups

Local toddler groups are a useful way to meet other parents who may end up being school gate friends. I also loved baby swimming and baby massage. Did you do any ante/post natal groups to meet parents with similar aged babies?
