Teething or silent reflux?

DD is 13 weeks old. She is the first baby we have brought home (sadly her big brother died when I was 34 weeks pregnant last year), so we are new to this and question everything!
I'm just looking for experiences/symptoms for teething and silent reflux.
DD has been very, very dribbly for probably the last 3 weeks now. She constantly has her hand in her mouth too. I can't seem to feel any bumps in her mouth, but at her vaccinations last week the nurse said she thought she may be teething. I just wasn't aware it could happen so early!
However after a bit of searching online I'm now unsure whether it's teething or silent reflux. How long does teething generally last?
DD has definitely become grumpier since the dribbling has started too. I am just worried about dismissing this as teething when it may be something like reflux that is causing her a lot of discomfort.
I am calling the health visitor tomorrow, but any other experiences would be great to hear 🙂

Just to add, she doesn't have the flushed cheeks associated with teething, but had been a bit sore down below for a few days.

Teething can last until they have the majority of their teeth and it can start early.

Are there any other symptoms which make you think it might be reflux?

I would try teething gel not bonjela. There ones suitable for babies younger than 3 months.

** I would go to your GP for the sore bottom as they can prescribe Canestan.

Thank you for your reply 🙂
It's not necessarily that I think it is silent reflux, just more something I want to rule out more than anything.
She is a good feeder, but will sometimes be a bit sick after feeding. She also gets the hiccups after most feeds.
Like I say, it's more just wanting to make sure it's definitely teething and I'm not missing it being something else

It sounds like teething.

burping after every feed sometimes takes longer so you might have to persist to try and help with the hiccups.

I was told the best way was on the lap with your thumb and finger under baby's chin.
