I think my DD will start teething soon. What are the best products to have on hand other than Calpol? Thanks for any advice!

Nurofen because it lasts up to 8 hours so is a better bet overnight but that’s true of most things (except chickenpox, don’t give it for that!) so I’d always want it in my medicine cabinet. And plenty of dribble bibs!

But other than that, I wouldn’t go buying a load of stuff in anticipation of teething. Yours may not suffer with it- my eldest didn’t at all and the dribbling was the only indication until a tooth appeared. My youngest did a bit more but a only right when the tooth was breaking through so couple of doses of nurofen was all he needed.

Yeah Sophie the giraffe, my wee girl loves it, doesn't take to the harder teething toys. Anbesol also seems better than bonjella, just check age on box tho.

My daughter 6.5 months and showing all signs of teething, no teeth yet tho
