My 8 month old goes to bed at 8pm and sleep through until 4-5am (which i am not complaining about) Then she just wants to play or cry and gets very unsettled. We have tried leaving her to see if she goes back to sleep but i hate seeing her get so upset. So i pick her up and bring her in bed with me and then she falls back to sleep as she is still tried but fights it.

Has anyone else been through this and any tips please. is she still too young and just enjoy those moments or is it wrong and let her get on with it. Help please!

Thanks

I put an arm chair in my babies room and cuddled him back to sleep.. he actually just needed a fart and hug 🤣 never brought him into my bed.

But now he's 9 I can't get him out of my bed so swings and roundabouts!

Joining the chorus of 'try milk'.

Mine reduced, then increased bottles. It's fairly normal to drop night feeds and start them again.

If it was linear, it would be easy, but its not.
