Sickness and excessive dribbling

Hiya 😊 my little boy is 19 months. Saturday night he woke at 11pm choking on sick. We cleaned him up, put him in bed with us and he was sick again a few more times during the night. Sunday and Monday didn’t eat and was very occasionally sick. Tuesday ate a very small amount and was a little sick. Wednesday and Thursday and today he’s refused breakfast and lunch. Then had a very small bit of toast but has been sick again. Doesn’t have a temp and is drinking water okay. Nowhere near as much as normal but he is drinking. For over a month now as well he’s been excessively dribbling. He has 95% of this teeth and has never really dribbled but at the moment I’m changing his top 3/4 times a day and could probably change it more tbh. His lips and chin were blue the start of the week too. I’ve been to the doctors today but because he’s not dehydrated they weren’t bothered at all. Does anyone have any advice please? I assumed at first or was a sickness bug but just didn’t expect him to still be sick almost 7 days later x

When they're this little, they struggle with gag reflex, excess dribble down back of throat, snot in throat etc which can make them sicky. Total normal after a bug.

If drinking fluids and getting better (albeit slowly) I wouldn't worry. Bits of food, whatever it may be is fine

Hope you're ok
