Hello anyone that may read this
im really panicking
i came to Mykonos with my 6m old baby boy and brought what I thought was more than enough milk (pre made aptamil in the bottles) with me. How ever we are here until Monday evening and my boy is on a one man mission to drink all the milk. He has consumed way more than usual and we now won’t have enough.
no where on the island has anything other than powder formula which he won’t drink

does anyone have any suggestions ?
or my some miracle is anyone travelling to Mykonos before Monday and able to bring some baby milks? (Paid for of course)

thanks for any advice or help
Julia xx

Pre-made formula milk is cows milk. It's just been altered to be more like breast milk. A baby over 6 months will be fine with regular cows milk for a short time. The main difference between regular cows milk and formula is less of iron and vitamin C in regular cows milk, which will have been added to formula.

I wouldn't suddenly push cereals into a 6 month old to fill them up. I'd try regular cows milk and see if he likes it, I'd also try formula - if he's that hungry he may well take it. Combined with the new tastes of purées he may well be fooled into drinking things he's previously refused.

Could you do an Amazon delivery to where you are staying?

Is he not thirsty rather than hungry with the heat. Try using cows milk (not ideal but ok temporarily in addition to normal milk) but use it now in between feeds. So if he's thirsty he'll take some but then still has his normal milk that day to keep his tummy full
