Hi, I had my baby girl 3 days ago and have been combi feeding. I've managed to use a hand pump today and have 5oz and I'm quite proud of it!
I know I can store it for upto 8 days in the fridge. I would like to give it her in a bottle tonight, if she doesn't drink it all after I've warmed it up do I have to then get rid of the rest or can it go back in the fridge and be warmed up again in warm water ? Don't really want to do that as it was hard work using a manual pump to get it!
Thanks

Milk should really only be warmed once. You can freeze it though and keep it for longer. Or give in smaller doses.

(Assuming you know about nipple confusion as well)

Ah okay, thank you. Yeah she hasn't been wanting to try very hard on the breast which I know is down to the bottle, she does latch okay but either falls asleep really quickly or gets angry it isn't coming fast enough.
But to be honest im happy even if she's only having a small amount as some is better than none to me, so I'm happy to pump a couple of times a day so she can at least have a bottle of it. Just seems such a shame to waste it

I do have some milk storage bags though so maybe I could also freeze some. I've got quite a lot coming to be honest , my boobs felt really sore and massive earlier but since pumping they feel much better
