Stagecoach for 4 year old?

Does anyone have any experience of sending their child to Stagecoach drama classes? Particularly for the young age group (4-6 year olds). We have a very outgoing performance-loving child, but want to check it’s worth the money as it’s quite pricey. Any experience good or bad would be appreciated. Or is there an alternative drama club you would recommend. Thank you!

I went myself from age 6, if that counts! Went on and off till I was 14. It’s great if your child is equally interested in dance, singing and drama and not just one. If they’d really just rather be dancing or acting, pick those instead. If she just wants to perform it’s a great all rounder to start her off. It is quite structured and will definitely be more ‘class’ than ‘fun’, though of course fun too 🙂

@BuffaloCauliflower thanks for your reply!

She does love singing, dancing and performing (well, acting out little scenes 😂).

She also responds really well to structured learning so sounds like it might be a good fit.

It is a franchise so groups vary wildly. Do a bit of research first.

Or maybe see if your local theatre or arts centre has a not-for-profit youth theatre.

My DS did a trial ( admittedly of the older group) and didn't like it as it was too structured and he doesn't really like dancing. He now dies a more informal drama group where they do a lot of improvisation.
