Low mess snacks for long drive with toddler

As the title suggests, we are driving to France next week and I want to bring packed food for us and 15mo DD rather than buying overpriced packaged service station food!

I'll be bringing cheese sandwiches, cut grapes, some microwaved 'oat bars' but just looking for inspo really rather than the same old.

Also does anyone think cow's milk will last in a cool bag with ice packs Friday - Sunday? I'd like to have some on hand as a diversion if DD demands breast milk during the day (she's fine without, just does it when I'm around because she knows she can)

I've seen those fishing tackle boxes filled up with little bits of everything for a long car journey and they look good.
For low mess and as you are comfortable with cut grapes in the car I would take cucumber circles, raisins, vegetable crisp sticks from aldi (the lowest mess crisps ever in the kids aisle) dry Cheerios, babybel, banana

Could you freeze some of the milk, and use that as freezer bricks to cool the rest of the milk - then you can gradually use the frozen milk as it defrosts?

@makinganavalon great ideas thanks...it's things like dry Cheerios I would never think of! (P.s. I won't be letting her have cut grapes in the car seat while we drive, maybe a cracker or something, but it's more for food when we stop! )

@SDTGisAnEvilWolefGenius brilliant I can put all those unused breast milk bags to good use and make milky ice packs with them!

I love making pinwheels for snacks on the go, so fast and easy to make and you can do any filling you like.....I often do baked beans and cheese and my 11 month old loves them but when making them for my husband and I I'll do cheese and pepperoni etc. They can be a bit messy with the flaky bits from puff pastry though!
