DS2 is 13.5 months, prob. weighs 25+ and has very chunky thighs. I'm using a combination of various nappies I've got in the drawer as well as the huggle I bought from flame recently - and they're all leaking. I use a kiwi quick flip (with bamboo booster) or a fluffle (+2 bamboo boosters) or even a bambineo+sandys+bamboo booster! The quick flip is a medium, seems a bit of stretch now to put it on him but I thought they were meant to be btp? The huggle I usually put a (you guessed it) bamboo booster in as well.

Could be the wrap? The only thing that seems to work all the time is the lovebums wrap in large (it's massive on him).Otherwise it's Nature Babies or Airflow large. Do they need to be really spacious on a night nappy? I've just bought quite a few more pockets, so didn't want to spend much at this point!

I put my night wrap on nice and snug to prevent any leaks. I wouldn't spend anymore - it sounds like you're boosting them loads. You could have some wicking on your wraps - put everything through the wash at 40 deg without any detergent a few times and see if it makes a difference.

I'm a rikki girl myself or onelife popper if things do seem alittle snug!

are all the ones you're using cloth nappies? Maybe just bite the bullet and go for a Huggies Super Dry, not eco friendly but only 1 nappy per night, then use cloth ones in the day? best of luck anyway!

I did use a sposie tonight, I must admit as I hate him being soaked every morning poor lamb - would like to get it sorted. But would prefer to stick with cloth all the time and I would if they didnt keep leaking!
Octo, good idea, I'll run them through without detergent next time. Does seem as though tight makes it worse, though?

Wool or fleece wrap wuls stop any wicking, just looked at the lovebums and seen it is fleece and PUL, think a fleece or wool may be the way forward

good point, curlywurly. I had a couple of tots fleece in smaller sizes but they wicked too, I expect they weren't big enough though? I think they have to be baggy? Phaps a 2nd hand size 3 tots fleece wrap might do the trick. Not keen on wool, though I suppose I might have to rethink!

Def sounds like the wraps are wicking tbh - if they are on too loose you will get escapes and if on too tight the bdining could get over wet and then they will wet everything. A nice comfy fit which doesn't squidge them is how I would describe it!

Onelife or motherease wraps are def the best. I;m not a wool fan as don;t like the wicking - but could be converted !

Hmmm. Phaps I should go with the obvious and buy another lovebums as I know it works and he's loads of room left even with night nappy. Very cute it is too!
Octo, I don't think the airflows are comfy, too tight now but an XL would be a good idea anyway as I could use it by day too.
thanks all!
