Just that really, looking for some lunchbox inspo!
Feel like my lo has the same sort of thing all the time and want to change it up for her.
Shes 19 months old and goes to the childminder full time.
Things that can be pre-made, even made the night before (I really don't have time to make things up in the mornings as I work full time and out early in the mornings 😁)

Ooh, I'll follow this with interest. What do you do already OP?

I do:

  • tortilla wraps with peanut butter and a dollop fruit and veg purée
  • lentil crackers with cream cheese and pesto (they don't last week if they sit for too long though)
  • pitta bread stuffed with tuna (if you put frozen sweetcorn in it, it'll keep it fresh for longer out of the fridge)
  • sugarsnap peas
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mini-peppers (DD won't eat peppers if I cool them up🤦)
  • pot of frozen sweetcorn

Tortilla (the Spanish omelet sort), full of whatever veg you have/ she will eat. Can be frozen in portions.

Savoury muffins. Also good to freeze.

Pasta salad - especially easy if you're eating pasta the day before, just chuck on whatever dressing/ protein/ veg works.

Third of a tin of chickpeas, again with any protein or veg. The rest of the tin can be frozen if you won't eat it in a couple of days.

Pizza - aka any kind of bread (crumpets work well) with tomato sauce and cheese. Melt the cheese, but it's still nice cold.

Little portions of whatever - crackers, cold chicken, falafel, cucumber, and call it tapas to make yourself feel like it's a meal!
