Potty training help

I'm in dire need of help, advice, anything.
So dd2 is now 31months, been training since 25 months. She initiated it at Xmas, pulling nappy off, asking for wees etc. So we went for it, she did great, a few accidents daily at first, then shortly after she was dry at home (bar a few number 2 accidents) now, nursery's a different story. She has had a few weeks where she was dry, but mostly, she has at least 2 dribble accidents a day, recently we've been having 5 or more though.
It's getting frustrating.
This last week she was on antibiotics for chest infection so shes been drinking more and ended up weeing self loads at home too.

We've ended up putting pull ups on a couple of times as she's been weeing that much,.she knows to go in the potty or toilet for everything and can do it. But it's just getting a bit annoying now.
So this weekend we went back to basics and had naked days, even then she just sat on the floor and wee'd "mummy, I weed on floor"

Do I just go back to pull ups completely and give it a month or so before trying knickers again?
Do we carry on in knickers and deal with the washing daily
Please, any and all help appreciated.

I personally wouldn't put her back in nappies (pull ups are nappies), it's a big step back for them IMO.

I would go back to basics, no underwear at home, just her dress or trousers, and give her time to get herself to the toilet.

What are nursery saying is happening, can she take herself or does she need to wait for them to take her.

She has access to take self to potty, but has started saying when she needs to go. They've taken her the the beach or park and she stays dry but when back and playing by self or with friends, that's when she usually starts with the accidents.

Does she have a sticker chart?

The accidents seem to be happening when she is engrossed on play. Would nursery help a little by asking her once in a while if she wants to go maybe.

If she is asking to go she knows and understands the feeling of wanting a wee, just keep on with it and ask nursery if they will help as much as they can

Yes and a reward chart is a good idea. Most love stickers, praise and self achieving.

Morning, we have used a sticker chart before actually, I'll restart it though and see how we do. As for nursery, they are amazing, they ask her regularly and take her for wees, but sometimes she's weeing 10/15 mins after already having gone for a wee. We're trying to reduce how much she drinks, as wondering if she's consuming too much too quickly.

Thanks for the suggestions and replies!
