Anyone have any tips

It is a possibility she needs an amino acid formula instead. My 19 week old baby boy has cmpa and started off really well on Nutramigen but after 3-4 weeks, symptoms started coming back and he was put on an amino acid formula (completely free of cow’s milk) and much better.
It could also be reflux. We were on gaviscon as well as the special formula but now he has omeprazole instead of the gaviscon and that definitely seems to keep any reflux pain at bay.
does she have a dummy? That might help her settle in between feeds at night. mine settles straight away with one but it is a PAIN having to replace it during the night but I feel it’s a small price to if it keeps him calm and quiet.
I have read somewhere that leg thumping is a form of self soothing and their way of trying to get back to sleep. What happens if you were to leave her to bang her legs away? Although I know it’s not ideal as when my baby does it, I don’t get a wink of sleep!
it could also be wind and again that could be related to the allergy and may need a different formula. Do you burp her?
also how is her day sleep? I know if mine sleeps badly in the day it definitely affects his nighttime sleep.
other than that, we have all the usual things like Ewan the Sheep, blackout curtains and a separate white noise machine but not really sure they help but make me feel as if I’m doing everything to help.

My kids all banged their legs to self soothe, I just let them get on with it - what happens if you don't wake her?
