Toddler wetting again

My 2.6 year old has been dry in the day for around 6 months give or take the odd accident here and there. In the last 2 weeks she's started wetting herself again, we've tried rewards and praise and taking her to the toilet ourselves regularly but some days she's still wetting around 4/5 times.
When asked, she says it doesn't hurt to go but it seems like she has no feeling of needing a wee until its too late. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone have any suggestions please? Losing my mind at the mountains of washing!

Anything major going on? New house, new room/key worker at nursery, new baby, holiday, parent away for a few days?

My DS regressed after being dry for nearly a year with no apparent reason. It was daily accidents, poo and pee. I just kept reminding him to go, asking if he needed to, rewards. Nothing really seemed to help then a few weeks later he was just back to being dry again.

She's might be poorly.

Get a sample checked for urine infection.

We have this, mostly bedwetting though. I'm hoping it's the heat. With being sweaty/clamy already, being wet might not feel that different.

My 4 and 5yr olds both did this and reverted to normal (dry) after a couple of weeks.

Could be a developmental leap, big life changes mentioned above or something else entirely

Sorry, no major changes yet! Will be moving nursery room in September and a new baby in Jan but she's not aware of either yet.

I did wonder but she otherwise seems fine 🤞🏻 have booked an appointment just to check though.

We had this after our holiday. It's taken a month to return to normal. We virtually had to go back to the basics of potty training.
