I have a nearly 4.5 year old daughter and a 2 year old son and I am looking to put them into a few classes or activities each week. They both do swimming currently and my daughter does dancing but with my work pattern changing, I will have a lot more time at home with them. What activities have you found that your kids enjoy the most?

At those ages one other class than swimming would be more than enough. In fact for the 2 year old I wouldn't add anything else, except perhaps a toddler group.

If your daughter enjoys dancing then do that.

DD is an all rounder, i think any clubs help because they give them confidence and builds resilience.

She didn't start Rugby until year 7 but that has had a fantastic impact on her self esteem, she's always been extremely tall and has an athletic build from swimming competitively so was always self conscious about her body, her wide shoulders etc but in Rugby being tall is a benefit (to her position, plenty of room for small nippy players too). Instead of worrying about whether her thighs are too jiggly or whether she needs to lose weight to look like people on tv/magazines/social media she's all about being strong and embraces her body. Which for a teen girl you couldn't ask for more really.
