My 19 month old DS is an OK eater and is very active! I've noticed recently that his clothes seem a little loose and I mentioned this to my Mum and she noticed the same. He loves fruit and eats loads during the day. He only eats carrots and other veg when I hide it in his food. He likes baked beans, toast, spaghetti pasta, sausages, Yorkshire puddings and anything with gravy. Recently he's not eaten much of his main meals at all. Does anyone have any ideas for high fat good for you foods that might ensure he puts some weight back on? Obviously don't want to start giving him loads of junk food but I'm a little worried!
