2 year old overpronation

We suspect our 2 year old has this and physio friend agrees, though doesn’t think it’s severe as no signs of any pain etc. We only really noticed it yesterday as he was running around barefoot all day.

Has anyone’s little one had this? Fully expecting GP to fob us off so tempted to go straight to a private paediatrics ortho in case any insoles or treatment is needed.

Overpronation is extremely common in children, as their limbs are still developing. Most children grow out of it by the time they are five or six. I definitely wouldn't be thinking about insoles or the like for a two year old - the knock on affect on the child's growth could be significant and harmful (the knock of effects of insoles will affect the development and alignment of their knees, hips, pelvis and back). Unless the overpronation is affecting the child's motor skills (struggling to walk, run etc because of the flat feet) then I would just leave well alone.
