I'd probably forgive and forget too! Interesting to see what the responses would be if it were a woman. I bet we wouldn't be so forgiving then

BLimey, no wonder the poor bloke got legless and went AWOL for a bit. I'd say forgive him as he is atoning pretty well (chocs and babysitting and an apology) but maybe next time he wants to go out on the lash he should arrange for his boys to stay with you overnight in advance.

I was going to say that madamez. He sound's like a good sort and provided it isn't too often, I'd offer to have them overnight from teh outset next time, as he's attoned himself so well.

Yes glad it ended OK- maybe best you both arrange over-nighters in future then that way you can do what you want & not worry about clock watching.

Even if it's just a night in with a take-away & a DVD in peace, if it's childfree it's a treat!!
