I had my baby 5 months ago and I have a big flabby belly - I don't even particularly mind the new size, it's just all soft, squishy and loose. Has anyone got any tips or specific exercises to do to help firm it up. I'm pre-pregnancy weight but even my comfy leggings just aren't comfortable anymore (they aren't too big or small, its just they are sitting on a load or really loose flabby belly), I'd just like to be able to wear clothes comfortably haha.

Sorry I have no helpful input but shamelessly following as I'm in the same position! Actually lighter than I was pre-pregnancy (I had weight to lose, still do) but a totally different shape now and wondering if there are any exercises I can do to help!

I'm also interested in tips.... I was 135lbs pre pregnancy .. 188lbs right before birth and now I'm 164 lbs, three months later.
Weight is not coming off and my stomach is huge, I still look pregnant :(((
Would love some tips!!

Sorry… 11 months postpartum, have lost the weight, have not lost the kangaroo pouch. I think the skin was just too stretched out. I’d be surprised if there were anything that could be done about it (short of surgery). I just keep telling myself that DS was worth it!

Following this as i hate my tummy. Baby is only 7 weeks old but not lost any weight yet. Hate having to buy bigger clothes.

100% my DD is worth it...its just that with it being so squishy all clothes are a bit uncomfortable.

I was very "lucky" that I was weighed right after birth and I was only 2kg heavier than pre pregnancy weight. "Lucky" as I had horrendous sickness and lack of appetite throughout.

Just something to firm up throughout pouch would be fine haha.
