Hi all
I’ve realised we will be on holiday when baby is due 16 week jabs. She had 8 week jabs on 28/3, 12 week jabs are on 25/4 and then 16 week would be due on 23/5 spacing them out 4 weeks apart. She’s 16 weeks old on 20/5. Could she have the 16 week jabs say on 18/5 before we go on holiday or will they not do them a couple of days earlier?

My surgery wouldn’t let me book them early.

Do it after? Ours were all delayed because of Covid, I don't think a few weeks will matter.

We’ve delayed DD’s 16 week ones by a week for the same reason. They won’t do them earlier than 4 weeks apart but the surgery weren’t concerned about them being slightly later.

No, I'm afraid not. 4 weeks is the absolute minimum, any time after is fine. Legally we can't give them any sooner.
Practice nurse here.

No they will not do it.

I took one of ours in bang on 4 weeks after another lot and the nurse refused to do them, I had to book the following week instead.

Thanks everyone, I didn’t realise they could have them “late”, i presumed this would cause more harm than having them earlier. I’ll book in for when we are back from holiday.
How did everyone’s baby’s get on with the 12 and 16 week jabs? My baby sailed through the 8 week ones, i was dreading it but she was absolutely fine so i’m thinking she’ll be worse with the 12 or 16 week ones?
Thank you
