Recommendations for reusable pull ups for 4 year old?

Dd is 4.5 and wears a nappy a night. It's been dry for a couple of weeks now but she seems anxious about giving it up and I don't want to push her if she's not ready. So, I thought as an interim perhaps a washable one would be less wasteful. It doesn't need to be super absorbent as she doesn't wee in it. Any recommendations?

The bambino mio ones work for us and seem to wash and dry well.

That's good to hear as I could just pick some up at the supermarket. Would you say the sizing is generous enormous for a 4-year old?

If the pull up is dry in the morning just use it again the next night? If she's had a bath before bed what's the harm? It's only like reusing pj bottoms, I certainly don't put on a clean pair of pjs every night myself and I'm far grottier than a 4 year old!

What about one of those washable super absorbent magic dry bed mat things instead? That way she can be without the pullup and not have to worry about it.

We have some of the bed pad things but she just doesn't want to sleep without her nappy yet. I thought about reusing but a nappy hugs so much tighter than PJ's. Thanks for the ideas.

We use Motherease 'big kid pants' for similar reasons, and they've worked well. If you're confident DD is dry, I'd try the Bambino Mio trainer pants first, as they're cheaper, but the Motherease ones will hold a full wee, which we needed when we first started using them. I think most other trainer pants are designed for a 'not quite in time' dribble, rather than anything more.
