Changing 15 month old schedule

My lo starts childminders next month for the first time and will be going full time.
My lo schedule is different to how the childminders will be and just need some advise on how to kind of prepare her for the change.

So her general day now
She wakes anywhere between 6.30/7am
Has breakfast between 7-7.30am
She has a snack around 9.15/9.30am
Starts her lunch at 11am
And goes up for her nap at 12pm
She will wake between 1.30/2pm
She will have another snack about 2.30ish
Dinner at between 4-4.30pm
And then she goes up to bed at 7pm

When chatting to the childminder she said they all sit down for lunch at 12pm so this is generally smack on her nap time.
I will be finishing work at 4pm pick her up and will do dinner when we are in so her dinner time will probably be about 4.45/5pm

Any advise on how I can gradually start changing the times for her now to prepare her?
I.e lunch time, nap time, would i give and additional snack as such to keep her going til dinner time?

Ftm here so just trying to figure out whats the best way 😁

Honestly? I wouldn’t do anything. If she’s going to the childminder FT she’ll quickly fall into her routine and then you can match it. It’ll be busy and new and fun so she won’t notice her routine isn’t as expected. Naps do get progressively later as they progress into their second year as well so it would have happened eventually anyway - when we dropped to 1 nap DS initially went down at 11:45. He now goes down closer to 13:00.

If you are certain you want to do something, I’d just make everything from the snack onwards later. So snack at 10, lunch at 11:30 then nap at 12:30. Do that for a few days then move it a bit later again, aiming for nap start time of 12:45 ish (I presume).

I’d still do nothing though, a lot can change in a month and they are adaptable.

@AliceW89 thanks for msg
I wasn't sure if I carried on as she is and then it changes over night when she starts that it might throw her out of sorts but yes I guess with everything going on around her she probably will just be too busy as such to notice!
