17 month old sleep... is this normal?

I feel like k always post about my LG's sleep, but we went through an OK patch for the past month! She then got tonsillitis and is teething and seems to have taken ten steps back!.

During the day she is so happy and fun and energetic. She normally sleeps for 1-11/2 hours at nursery during the day. She comes home at 5pm and then has a bath and bed by 7pm. Normally the settling to sleep is fine. Then at about 10pm, she wakes crying. I don't give her milk but I do offer water and it settles her then she wakes at 11, 3, 5. She seems to be drinking a lot of water, but I can't tell whether it's habit or thirst! This is a vicious cycle as she then has huge wet nappy that needs changing in the night (sometimes twice) and disturbs her! I I have resorted to bringing her into bed with me. But she's not settled and moves and cries!

I'm a single mum and work full time, I think if I had a supportive partner I would have tried sleep training but I'm just so exhausted sometimes! Should I just go cold turkey and not give her any liquids tonight? And just soothe and calm her and keep her in her own bed. Yesterday she was up for an hour crying. I took her to the doctor and they said she looks happy healthy has no ear or throat problems, we are doing a urine test. It just feels a vicious circle. She then always wakes up crying too, which I think is down to over tiredness! Any help would be appreciated

It can be normal for them to wake for feeds/comfort/reassurance yes. She will grow out of it by herself if you just want to ride it out although it doesn't sound like she's close to stopping just yet.

Maybe try offering a dummy rather than water in case it helps with the nappies?

@BertieBotts thank you for your advice! I have no idea! She's never had a dummy before, not sure I want to introduce one now! Ahhh if only there was a magic wand!
