5m old poorly, when to worry! FTM

My 5m old was snotty last night and a bit grumpy but had her normal 8oz feed at 6am. She then had a 7oz feed at about 9:30am. After that she was sick 4 times. Not just a milky sick like normal, it was retching like when you properly be sick and there was a lot! She’s been really sad and tired since and looks pale. I tired her with another feed at 2:30 and half an oz of water, she drank 3oz of milk but 5 minutes later she brought the whole of it back up. She then cried and went back to sleep. It is now 4:10pm and I’m a bit worried about dehydration! She looks pale and poorly bless her. When do I need to worry about her drinking? I’ll try another oz or so of milk when she wakes up (still asleep from earlier). FTM and worried. She must have a tummy bug

If you're worried you can always call 111 and they will help and triage over the phone.

The walk in is usually quieter of a Sunday if you are worried

You should seek medical advice if she's drunk half of what she usually would in a 12 hour period and/or had no wet nappy/much drier nappies than normal in that time. Call 111 and they'll get you to see an out of hours gp

Hope your little one is ok OP. There is nothing worse than when they are poorly. My little guy started vomiting 2 weekends ago. Went of his milk and was pale. I kept an eye on him but then he stopped peeing(wasn't drinking no nothing to pee out) called Nhs24 and they sent us up to OOH. Dr checked him over and advised to dilute his milk down with less scoops to oz and try syringing water. But your little one will be too small for this. He gave us a 4 hr window for the little guy to pee or were to go to a&e. Thankfully he peed around the 3 hour mark. I would Defo get the little one checked over.

Agree to phone 111 for advice and you’ll probably be getting seen this evening by OOH or local A&E. when you say still asleep, can you wake her? Obviously if can’t or you are worried at any point then A&E if you are near or 999
