Longchamp Le Pliage - The great changing bag dilemma

Changing bags!

I know this sounds like a non-issue but where money is involved I like to deliberate Grin

Has anyone used a Longchamp Le Pliage as a changing bag?

The pram we have ordered comes with a bag which I don't like and isn't particularly roomy - I plan to pass it on to someone else. I'm not keen on a lot of changing bags that come up in my searches and definitely don't want a backpack style.

I have used Longchamp Le Pliage for years and years, through uni, work, travelling, and so on. I'm toying with the idea of using a large one as a changing bag and adding an organiser etc inside. The bags are so lightweight and virtually indestructible. I'm very small so lightweight is a must. I also will get years out of it once it's no longer a changing bag.

Anyone who has done this, what do you think and are they easy to hang onto the pram?

Bought a nappy bag. Ended up using my Longchamp almost all the time, with a nappy wallet and small zipped pouch for everything else.

Also invaluable in the toddler years with all the leaky water bottles and cleaning out endless sultanas

Def longchamp. Buy a couple of change pouches from JoJo Maman (one for you and one for partner) and it turns every bag into a change bag. I used my Alexa.

Yup, used with pacapods and a whole bottle leaked into it and longchamp stayed leak proof.

Yup, it’s been great. I bought a tan leather change mat of Amazon to match (was cheap) and looks fab. I chuck mine in the basket under the pram

I couldn't handle how ugly all the baby change bags were.

I prefer a bit more structure so am going to use one of these

With a portable change mat and some pouches

I feel like longchamp will be fine.

Yep for second child I just throw baby stuff in my longchamp. Only use proper changing bag if we go out all day..

I hate change bags. Did have one and don't use it at all now (on DC2).
I just use a large fabric shopping bag with bits in plastic bags inside.
The downmarket version of what you propose!
Go for it!

We use these to hang onto pram:
