Struggling with naps !

My DD is 7 months old and still doing cat naps like 30-35 mins. And because she is not napping longer, she gets so fussy and irritated in the evening and screams and only thing that works is put her down for nap at around 7 pm (her bedtime is 8.30pm and she sleeps through the night mostly till 5.30-6 AM). we got 1 nap of 1 hour 30 mins one day in the evening 2 weeks ago and that was it.
Is there anything I can do do help her nap longer ? I have tried changing her position at the end of her nap so she can move to next sleep cycle but she usually just wakes up. What I have noticed frommy baby monitor that once she wakes up, she is drowsy and closingher eyes again for 2-3 mins and wakes up again and does this 2-3 times before fully waking up.
when did your baby started taking longer naps andhow did that happen?

Some people will no doubt have useful advice. All I can say is that with my 3 DCs, 30-45 minute naps were pretty much the norm until around 8-9 months. Then a switch magically flipped and they started doing pretty regular 1hr30-2hrs in the morning, and 30-45 minutes in the afternoon. I didn’t change anything in their routine, something just clicked around that age. So there may be hope for you!

Neither of my two had longer than 30-45 minutes until they went down to 1 nap after they turned 1yo.

Does she want an earlier bedtime if she's been fussy of an evening?

So my 7 month old only naps for 25/30 minutes. However if I go in around the 20 min mark and start to tap his bum when he starts to shuffle around for a couple of minutes he goes into the next sleep cycle. Doesn't work all the time. I would cut the last nap and bring bedtime toward.

We have tried bedtime forward but the problem is then she wakes up early around 4.30 amsnd calls it a day ! and sge has become such a pro roller that if I put her down to bed early, she will roll her self to our bed and wakes up if she can not find any more space to roll (I have attached her Cot bed to our bed so its easier for me to adjust her in her sleep so she does not wake up and it works and I haven't slept through the night since past one month.) so I have to go to bed with her to make sure she is asleep. I removed the side of her bed at 4 minth regression and I am now thinking of putting it back.

My 8 month old also does 20-40 minute naps
She will occasionally do longer though but I have to make sure she only has one nap a day to do longer 🤦‍♀️
My oldest was still doing this at 18 when she dropped her nap 😭😭

My 8mo does this too and I’m sure it’ll be the death of me.

This might be unconventional but it's the only thing I have found that has worked for me (my then baby was also catnapping only). I started taking her out in the pushchair to get her to sleep then leaving her in the garden asleep. She will now take a 2-3.5 hour nap every day! Don't be disheartened if they start short it took my daughter a little while to lengthen but she will still only do 30 minutes if I put her in the cot!
