Non-slip toddler socks

Any recommendations?

14m old DS. Has always been barefoot in the house until start of the winter but we live in quite a draughty house and it’s too cold for bare feet now! He won’t keep slippers on but will wear socks.
I’ve tried supermarket ones and the thick terry ones from H&M but DS seems to think he’s in training to be the next Mo Farrah - won’t go anywhere without running 😬 kitchen is the only room with laminate but everytime he runs in he slips and he’s had a couple of nasty tumbles this weekend! The socks I’ve tried just have the wee dots on the bottom and don’t seem to be grippy enough 🤔

These from JoJo have been great. Pricey but have lasted. I bought size 1-2 when DD was 1 year old - we've still got one pair left that fits and she's 4.

I also bought cheap ones of Amazon/eBay, none of which lasted well.

The only non slip toddler socks I've found are from Jojo! My DS has just turned 2 and just bought 3 new packs in the next size up. There's a sale on now so can get a pack of 3 pairs for £6.

@sohypnotic @STripleM Perfect!! Thank you! Had a Google and there was hundreds so figures recommendations was the best way to go 😊 I’ll grab some JoJo ones 😊
Anything else good from JoJo while I’m ordering? I’d seen some lovely jumpers for DS before but reviews weren’t great!

IMO Jojo isn't reallly my style, but I think their outerwear looks pretty sturdy and I see it on alot of toddlers out and about - the puddle suits/raincoats etc. Their jumpers are too pricy for a toddler who's going to cover them in sticky fingers and jam etc. I get my son's nursery clothes from H&M/George as they take quite a battering at nursery, and then a few nicer things from Zara kids /M&S for weekends/days out

@STripleM Ohhh I’m 100% with you on that 🤣 the JoJo jumpers were wee plain cable knit ones that were in the sale! My DS looks like a walking talking H&M advert most days 🤣 lovely classic styles and they wash really well! Hes well stocked on outerwear at the moment. Needs waterproof mittens but the JoJo ones are sold out in his size. Will just order the socks 😊

The only things I've had from JoJo was socks, a dinosaur pinafore dress, and toys - they have some nice wooden ones.

I rate Gap socks - stay on well and have some grip on the bottom. Not the cheapest but they have constant discounts running!
