Pramsuit recommendations

My DD 6mo hates coats / pramsuits. Putting them on is a drama and she wails once they're on in most cases as well. Can anyone recommend one that is easy to get on - preferably stretchy so you don't have a battle on getting both arms in? Thanks v much

My dgd is the same, I got her a teddy fabric one from next she wears it without any complaint (was about £20.00 do them in various colours).

We used our Starsnug a lot when DD was that age:

Confused Not sure what the above is about, it was a link to the Tuppence and Crumble star snugs that we used with DD!

Get a star snug (Tuppence and Crumble) instead?

mynameiscalypso · 16/11/2021 14:51

Thirding the star wrap recommendation. Until DS was walking, I couldn't face bundling him into a pram suit.

Another vote for tuppence and crumble star wrap. So quick to get on and off and warm without being bulky.

minipie · 16/11/2021 14:53

Oh I was going to say tuppence & crumble but have been beaten to it many times!!

Cyw2018 · 16/11/2021 14:53

Tuppence and crumble star wrap. We had all 3 sizes for DD. They are brilliant.

IcedCoffeeAlways · 16/11/2021 14:54

@Cindercat Another vote for the Tuppence & Crumble star wrap! We also got a teddy type all in one suit from Asda for DS last year which unzipped right down both legs which made things much easier

Ha fairly unanimous, thanks Mumsnet!! Ordered one, they look great. Can I just check whether they can have their hands free - it looks like there are turnovers on the photos so I went for it. She hates having her arms and hands restricted...

@Cindercat I’m sure it’ll be just what you’re looking for 😊 we absolutely love them! DS is 13 months and still uses them 😊
It’s always our go-to ‘new baby’ gift now and it always goes down really well 😊
