Should I wake my 3 week old for night feeds?

The past few nights my three week old has started to sleep for the first six hours of the night without waking. Should I wake her for feeds or will she naturally wake if she is hungry? She feeds plenty in the day, 12-14 times, and is still waking on her own for one feed in the night. Sleeps at 10pm and is up at 7am for context.

Have they regained birth weight and are still gaining?

Never wake a sleeping baby! Unless they're underweight and you have medical advice to feed on a schedule just enjoy the sleep Grin

If she’s gaining weight appropriately and having plenty of wet and dirty nappies then no, let her sleep. Enjoy the rest!

Yes at her 10 day check she had put on half a pound and has put on more weight since then.

I think the advice is that at that age they shouldn't go longer than 3-4h without a feed. I'd wake her.

If she's regained her birth weight and more then no, let her and yourself sleep

As above, if gaining weight well then enjoy the sleep. My now 9 week old has been sleeping up to 7 hours in a row since probably 3 weeks, health visitor gave us the all clear to just let him sleep!
