Lunch ideas for 10.5 month old

Hi all,
Our lo has been mostly spoon fed since the start of her weaning journey.
Shes had mostly jars when it comes to her lunch but lately I have been introducing scrambled eggs/toast etc for her lunch to start changing it up abit.
She is perfectly fine with picking up bits of food and popping it into her mouth etc but now I think she is ready to start having different things when it comes to her lunch.

She will be going to childminders in the new year when my husband starts a new job and want to get her prepared for that.

Could you give me some lunch ideas that are quick and easy to make and possibly things I could even make the night before and pop into the fridge.
I'm just pretty much scratching my head thinking of lunch ideas for her! X

@Cr17
The likes of tins of veg soup with a bit of bread in it, pasta and sauce, potatoe waffles the wee finger pizzas you can get out off Iceland turkey dinasours. Just we snack foods.

We normally stick to sandwiches like Philadelphia or dairylea, homemade hummus and then picky stuff like soft carrot sticks, raspberries, blue berries. I sometimes have pasta from night before for her lunch, baked potato and cheese, mushed up beans on toast (I get the reduced sugar kind). Sometimes soup but that's messy for us

I keep aside small portions of the night befores tea. Assuming baby friendly 🙂
E.g. spag bol, creamy salmon pasta, sweetcorn fritters, mini egg muffins, fish pie, thick lentil soup, hummus & pita, butterbean cassoulet, cheesy beans and toast, risotto, macaroni cheese, pork apple casserole, avocado smashed toast,

At that age they can pretty much eat whatever so I don’t think you need to overthink it. Leftovers from our dinner the night before, a sandwich or quick things like scrambled eggs, avocado toast or a quesadilla are my usual go-tos. Then usually followed by whatever fruit we have in the house and a small yoghurt.

We stick to sandwich with fruit/ veg/ cheese usually

Today 18 month old had open houmous sandwich, inner bit of cucumber, cherry tomato, piece of Brie, satsuma

Thank you all, great ideas here!
I think I do tend to over think about what she can & cant have and worry if she should be eating it 🙈

Today my two year old had had a bread roll and some cheese and half a banana. Humous and breadsticks, a cheesy omelet, toast and something, crumpets, that's our usual lunch type of thing generally with a yoghurt and some fruit, sometimes a biscuit or bit of cake but we tend to try to save that for an afternoon snack! She has her proper hot food at dinner time as that's just how it's panned out.

Sometimes I'll make a batch of salmon and broccoli quiches or some puff pastry pinwheels, she likes those. Savoury muffins used to go down well but she's gone off them.
