Are BTP Bamboozles smaller than ordinary size 2 ones?

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Birth to Potty Bamboozles (with poppers) and found them really small? I recently got one secondhand and I can barely squeeze my nearly 9mo little boy into it! It neat and trim alright, but it's just so small around the waist! Can't see it's good for very much really. Didn't know if it was possibly a bad batch, or if this is just normal. Certainly much smaller than a size 2 one.

I found my bamboozles shrunk even though I cared for them exactly how tots reccomended. I've always found tots sizing to be a bit small anyway so my size 2's only lasted ds a few months.

I did find that the popper versions I have didn't shrink as badly as the applix ones, but I bought them at different times so they may have been cut larger.

IME tots birth to potty is not a reality.

Yeah, I wouldn't know if they shrink or not, as both the Bamboozles I've had were bought secondhand! One was a "faulty" size 2, making it more like a 1.5 and then this one, which I thought would just be a usual size 2 - but it's just so small around waist, it's even smaller than my faulty one! Oh well.

there is no such thing as a birth to potty bamboozle really, they only come in size 1 and 2 and IMO the only way you could get them to work as a birth to potty is use a size 2, not use the poppers and fasten with a nippa Sounds like they may have shrunk if it was a size 2

Hmm, it's very narrow in between the legs too (and fairly high rise), but the thing is, the "arms" barely meet to catch one of the poppers on each side! Good for a skinny baby! Tho my little boy is only about 22 lbs, so not huge really! I saw on Tots site that they show the popper ones as being suitable from 10lbs, whereas the aplix ones say from 18lbs (I think), so just thought maybe they do come a bit smaller.

So just be a bit puzzled if it was just me, or if anyone else had found this so.

To use a size 2 popper one as a birth to potty you fold the front down and there is another row of poppers which mean it can be used from 10lb. Otherwise I think they reccomend 20lb if following on from the size 1.

ah right, I see. Guess this one just must have shrunk!
