Stings/bites on 1year old?

1 year old has woken up with these on belly. Also has 2 on leg and 2 under ear. Do they look like bites/stings? 🤔 Didn’t have them last night. No new soaps/detergents used. No new food introduced for over 3 weeks. Doesn’t seem to have noticed them so I don’t think they’re sore or itchy.

Have you pets there could be fleas from?

@Yusanaim No pets and neither baby or I have been around any animals for at least a few days 🤷🏻‍♀️

Can't really be sure from the photos but could just be a spot of prickly heat rash?

I know, I had to crop the photos and it’s made the quality rubbish. Each red patch has a few raised spots that look like nettle stings

My DS gets urticaria occasionally that looks like that. (Also, normally on his tummy). It generally goes on his own and doesn’t bother him. Maybe see if you can send photos to the Dr on Monday?

@NavyNailVarnish Urticaria was my first thought - it’s exactly what it looks like. I’m just not sure what would have caused it! Disappeared within about an hour of him waking though so maybe it was just heat related 🤔 We’re at the nurse tomorrow anyway so I’ll show her the pictures just to be sure 😊

@IcedCoffeeAlways our GP said idiopathic urticaria doesn’t necessarily have to have a cause, but DS tends to get it when he’s a bit run down or having a phase of disturbed nights. Glad it’s gone quickly though ☺️
