How often do you do things with each child separately?

If you have more than one child, how often would you do something specific with just one of them?
I don't mean if one does football and the other one doesn't, I mean an activity which you choose to do together - so for example, taking on older dc who is interested in art to a gallery on a Saturday morning, or going to a theme park with the younger dc.

Was talking to a friend the other day and she was surprised that I was doing something with one dc but the other (who isn't interested in this activity) wasn't coming. She said she just doesn't do activities like that - all her kids go along to everything.

Hardly ever but mine are 18 months apart in age and DH works shifts so even if I found something only one would want to do it'd take tons of planning to do it. Parties are bad enough!

Couple of times per year - a few at a push.

DD1 is older so we’ve always had shopping days to the nearest city. We got the train pre pandemic.

Eldest had allergies so we try and plan a separate trip for youngest where she can pick anywhere to eat without worrying about her big sisters allergies.

Haven’t done much since the pandemic. Except for a couple of unplanned things where one child maybe didn’t want to come along.
