4 month old waking up 5 times a night 😫

Wondering if my 4 month old babies sleep pattern is normal?!

Maybe I was lucky with my DD, she slept through from 4 weeks, well, from 10pm - 6am ish. But my son, I feel like he’s just constantly awake! I’ve implemented a proper bedtime for him as I didn’t bother for ages with my DD and then she was a nightmare to get to bed at a reasonable hour as she got older, so my DS goes to bed at 6:30pm. Last night this was his night -

6.30pm - bedtime/asleep
9.30pm - awake - bottle
11.30pm - awake - nappy change and resettle
2.15am - awake - bottle
4am - awake - resettle
5.15am - awake - resettle
5.40am - awake - resettle
7am - wake up for day

Is this a normal nighttime for a 4 month old?? I thought he would be sleeping through by now!

Thanks all for your advice in advance!

Just another thought, I don't think a baby that age should need feeding that many times at night. 7pm bed time feed then a 10pm dream feed should surely be sufficient? Try eliminating the other bottles? By replacing either water and / or reducing the amount you give? Then the baby will take those calories during the day rather than at night. You're much nicer than me! No way I would have been feeding my four month old babies that many times at night without a massive grump Smile

If you put your 4m old to bed at 6:30 then that is perfectly normal!

No point baby having a bedtime at that age. Put them to bed around 10/11 and then you'll have less wake ups through"the night".

I mean this in the nicest way op but you need to change your expectations of what "sleeping through the night" means and when that happens.
