Reaction to school tights!

My little one has starter reception and since the weather got colder she started wearing tights. They are plain ones from Asda, red colour. She's generally phoned to eczema so when she started getting red patches on her tights inside and backs I assumed it was a flare up but now they look more like chafing really and not getting better. I'm thinking a reaction to the tights even though I've washed them multiple times in the same sensitive washing detergents as usual.
Does anyone know a good quality brand that has more cotton and doesn't cause a reaction? Thanks!

try here, they are pure cotton tights

if they need to be red, you could always buy a white pair and then pop them in the washing machine with some red dye (you can get red dye pods on amazon) or if you wanted a natural dye, then the bbc have instructions on how to dye clothes with beetroot link

I hate tights. Would she wear trousers or just socks and a skirt/pinafore?

The other thing to try is leggings, if you can sort red socks to match!

Not sure if it has to be red but in general m and s and also h and m do very nice more cotton based tights

I woudl try soft jersey trousers, much kinder on skin than tights

No advice but just wanted to say that red clothing always makes my son's eczema flare up. Must be something in the dye 🤷

Thanks for all the advice. Don't have to be red, can be grey as well. Will try a different brand, maybe the dye used in asda ones as you say.
