What first aid stuff from do you pack when taking a 17 month old toddler on holiday?

So far I’ve got Calpol, thermometer, Anbesol (he’s teething ATM).

Any other suggestions?

Ive just made a 1st aid box with my 17mo in mind. From memory, I have - Ibuprufen, calpol, anbesol, Piriton (you can get it in syrup for little ones), plasters, anti septic wipes, steri strips.

Burn gel - you can get it in sachets which are perfect for a little first aid kit. Absolutely brilliant stuff, I’ve used it on myself before.

Bite/sting cream.

I know it's seen as an over reaction but I keep a trauma bandage in the car just in case.

Where do you get them from? I need some.

Nurofen. Nurofen is better for teething. If you are travelling by plane then take individual sachets.

I know it's not first aid but I also add my little ones multi vitamins, probiotic powder, dioralyte sachets and anti sickness tablets along with calpol, ibuprofen, thermometer, plasters, anti septic wipes, burn cream, calpol nasal spray and baby rub ointment.

Letsallscreamatthesistene · 19/09/2021 01:08

Whats baby run ointment?

Letsallscreamatthesistene · 19/09/2021 01:08

rub

samwitwicky · 19/09/2021 01:12

Germoline or the like?

If taking calpol bottle rather than sachets, a measuring spoon

A few nappy sacks for rubbish / dirty wipes, plasters etc?

JenPen2004 · 19/09/2021 02:42

Travel sickness pills! I needed them for every journey over 30 mins!

I also remember my wee cousin screaming unless she got some colic medicine too, infacol or something. That might just be for babies though.
