15m old and eating

I'm a tad concerned about my little ones eating. She's grown recently, but all her 12-18m clothes are hanging off her but she looks a good size otherwise. I need to weigh her.

In the morning she has half to a full banana, about 4 strawberries, 25g oats and 150ml to make porridge.

She then has a snack before morning nap of more fruit or toast fingers or scotch pancake.

Lunch I'm really struggling for, at home she just isn't eating whatever we put in front of her. Picks at bits. Will eat cheese and bread, no veg!

Dinner she's great, will eat entire portions of any fish, spag bol/pasta, curry, fish pie, shepherds pie etc. And a yoghurt. Sometimes. Other times she won't eat any of it. Tonight for example she's had a snack of some tangerine, half a round of bread which she's now ignored, some bread sticks and keeps crying for more food (spag bol on the hob)

She also is bf in the morning and drinks throughout the day.

Got into a bad habit of giving her those baby snack crisp things (organix etc) recently as we've had road trips and flights and days out.

Any thoughts? The leggings hanging off her are worrying me!

It’s normal for them to thin out a bit at this age as they become more mobile.

Doesn’t sound like anything much to worry about diet wise

Sounds pretty normal to me. My DS (17mo) will not eat breakfast. At all. Ive sort of accepted that its just him and give him a substantial morning snack.

I could have literally written your post op. My daughter is 2 though, and can still fit into some 12-18. I am not remotely concerned about her weight or size, she's just petite. But very very active and I'm happy she has a good appetite.

What she's taking sounds fine! Maybe speak to the gp next time you see them and ask them their thoughts if you're really concerned. X
