Would Salmon Fried Rice be ok of you used a Soy Sauce substitute?

I use a lot of lentil/chickpea pasta - that plus some roasted veggies blitzed into a sauce was one of my staples. Is meat okay? DS was and is a massive fan of meatballs and you can make them super simple without the need for bread/milk/cheese etc. DS also eats a lot of quinoa at nursery. Simple risottos work well too and you can make any leftovers into little risotto cakes which are a good finger food.

Chicken curry www.annabelkarmel.com/recipes/my-first-chicken-curry/ - I used coconut yogurt

These www.annabelkarmel.com/recipes/tasty-sweet-potato-spinach-chick-pea-patties/ are quite similar to falafel. DH and I used to have them in a wrap or pitta while DS fed himself

Peanut bean stew www.nhs.uk/start4life/weaning/recipes-and-meal-ideas/african-bean-stew/ I added extra sweet potato and didn’t serve it with bread

Following.. I seem to be stuck in a rut of either pasta or bread-based meals for my 10 month old.. scrambled egg on toast/bread and hummus/English muffin and Philadelphia etc etc and I need to find some less salty staples.

Cottage pie with just plain potato (use no milk or butter in the mash). Can batch cook smaller portions, and I put peas and carrots into the meat and gravy to get extra veg in. If gravy mix not gf, could prob use a low salt stock cube.

Gf pasta with Tom sauce +/- tuna, bacon etc make the sauce with some veg eg carrots and celery or aubergines. Bolognese is fine also, I used to use penne for little ones.
Any steamed fish with simple veg eg salmon , cod, trout fillets.
Chick pea and spinach and tomato curry with rice.
Any egg meal eg scrambled, fried, poached, boiled .
I used to bake half potatoes or cut wedges and present with cut up veg and strips of ham .
What do you usually eat? Is it adaptable?

I think traditional Indian recipes might be a good option. Things like Idli (steamed rice and lentil cake), curries and dals with rice, are perfect for that age group. There’s also a traditional Western Indian pancake (savoury) made from soaked and pureed mung dal. You just soak one or two cups overnight, puree the next day in a mixer / grinder, season, then fry up like a pancake.
