I have fallen into the trap of far to many unhealthy snacks was speaking to health visitor and she said to cut them out completely and to offer things like carrot sticks, cucumber, hummus, rice cakes. My little girl hates beg and is a really fussy eater.

Can I please get suggestions on heathy snack ideas. What snack do your children ACTUALLY eat

Cubes of cheese, toast with peanut butter, fruit, homemade biscuits.
To be honest, I don't really do a lot of snacks as a rule, they fill up at mealtimes. Often they are just bored or thirsty when they start pestering for snacks.

Apple / pear fingers with ‘dip dip’ peanut butter (the 100% peanut version), cheese, popcorn, mimi cucumbers, berries. Sometimes some dry cereal- hoops (the whole grain ones), with some raisins in.

nothing, if they have healthy meals there is no need for snacks.

My 2yo eats loads of fruit especially apples, banana and strawberries, the kiddy oaty bars, raisins, rice cakes, those tasteless veg crisps from organix. Sometimes cucumber if she sees her sisters eating it, the rest of the time she will refuse it. I always offer veg sticks as a late afternoon snack while waiting for tea, never really eats them but I'm hoping eventually she will and it stops her pestering for her tea at least

Cheese (my DD eats the paw patrol themed ones, over priced for what it is but she’ll eat them), yoghurts, popcorn.
I try to keep to a mid morning and mid afternoon snack

Buy the cheaper ones and stick on a Paw Patrol sticker....works on everything!
