3year old DD repetitive behaviour

Opinions please, my DD will be 3 this month. There are things she does repetitively each day.

Going up the stairs has to say 'im lizzie, i hold the rail'.
Has to touch all the gaps on the banister rail.
Has to run her hand from one end of the banister to the other, if she forgets she will go back and do it.

At dinner has to ask all of us individually if we have finished.
Has to tell us when a programme has finished and we must answer.

She also keeps scratching the top of her back and chest and has broken the skin and has a thing about the seams on her socks.
She also loves to still put things in her mouth, especially when we are outside, I thought this stage would be over now.

any opinions/thoughts please, is this normal behavior for her age?

Bumping for you.

I think that's something worth following up on with GP. No harm getting referral started. How are her play skills?

up until 2yrs 8months ish she just read books and was happy on her own. Her older brother (4.5) is very pushy so forces her to play now.

She can get frustrated easily and has a very high pitched scream if he gets to close or does something she dosn't like.

She used to bite a lot but this has now stopped.

If the seams on her socks irritate her toes, put them on inside-out. I still do this, and I'm 59!

If you have any concerns, there's nothing at all wrong with asking for professional advice. The worst thing you could do is ignore & put your head in the sand. It's a scary prospect I know, but if your gut is telling you somethings unusual about her development you have to listen to it.
